There are at least three kinds of cholesterol lowering foods: fruits, nuts, and other ingredients. The first type is fruits and vegetables, such as apples and grapes. These fruits have been proved to be the capability of dragging the cholesterol’s bad LDL out from human’s body, and then increasing it.
The second type of cholesterol lowering foods is nuts and seeds, such as walnuts, beans, brown rice, and soy. The third type is other ingredients, such as garlic and cinnamon. Indeed, garlic does decrease the cholesterol level; hence, people are to consume more food with garlic as the main seasoning.
The main idea of all those cholesterol lowering foods are dragging and dissolving the bad LDL in cholesterol.
In addition, consuming the above cholesterol lowering foods is only the first step. If people really eager of decreasing their cholesterol level, they are to maintain and revamp a good eating habit.
